The Thrive Program operated through manual and fragmented processes, relying on spreadsheets and decentralized coordination. The absence of structured governance, standardized data and automation resulted in inefficiencies, confidentiality risks and limited cross-country visibility.

The goal was to transform the Thrive Program into a reliable and scalable platform that strengthens global talent mobility. By reducing operational friction and increasing transparency, the initiative aimed to support better decision-making and allow HR teams to focus on strategic talent development rather than administrative tasks.

Discovery & Diagnosis
To understand the structural challenges of the Thrive Program, I conducted stakeholder interviews with global HR leaders and mapped the existing (AS-IS) workflow end-to-end.
This process allowed me to identify operational friction points, clarify ownership gaps, uncover risks related to data governance and confidentiality, and define key opportunities for automation.
